The Aftermath

This is what it looked like after the blizzard:

Hendrik attempted to park in the driveway during the snow storm. After getting stuck halfway, he left it there until we could dig it out the next day once it stopped snowing.

This snow drift accumulated in a southwest corner at the back of our house. The peak is about 4 feet high. It's almost covered our a/c unit (which we have absolutely no use for at the moment).

After we shovelled all the snow off the driveway, we had mountain ridges on either side that peaked at about 4.5 feet and you could see similar mountains on neighbors' driveways too. If it weren't for the windchills (0 degrees anybody?) I would've gone out to play in all the white stuff! I can't wait for Andersen to get a little bigger so we can build snowmen and snow forts together.
